Alcossebre isn't an expensive destination, but in July and August demand rises sharply. If you're looking for cheap apartments in Alcossebre or deals for a short break, three things work: a small apartment, the right dates and cooking some of your own meals. We don't publish prices here, because they change with the dates; instead we explain where the most affordable accommodation is and how to find the best time to go.
Studios: the cheapest way to stay by the sea
A studio has everything a couple needs (bed, living area with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and terrace) in less space, which is why it's the most affordable option. In Las Fuentes, Casa Azahar manages three complexes with studios:
| Complex | What it offers | Why it's good value |
|---|---|---|
| Arcos II | Studios for up to 4 people, garden with pines, adult and children's pools, gated site | A few steps from the beach and 250 m from the marina: you don't need the car |
| Fuente Sol | Studios and 1-bedroom apartments, seasonal pool, tennis court and table tennis | Some with an allocated parking space; all kinds of shops and services on the same avenue |
| Arcos I | Studios and apartments, two pools, mini golf | Some studios with sea views; supermarket 50 m away |
The Arcos II and Fuente Sol studios are among Casa Azahar's most keenly priced accommodation. You'll find the details of each in Arcos II studios and Arcos I apartments.

Fuente Sol, the alternative with tennis and parking
The Fuente Sol apartments are on Avenida de las Fuentes, the area's main avenue, a few minutes' walk from Las Fuentes beach and the marina. They have a garden with palm trees, a seasonal pool, a tennis court and a table-tennis table. There are studios for up to 4 people and one-bedroom apartments; some have sea views, air conditioning or an allocated parking space. A supermarket, chemist, bakery and cafés are all a short stroll away.
When is it cheapest to go to Alcossebre?
Demand in Alcossebre follows a clear pattern: it rises from June, peaks in July and August and falls from September, with a spike at Easter. Travelling in the shoulder season is the best way to save without giving up the beach:
- June: long days, pleasant sea temperatures and a town that's still quiet.
- September: the sea is still warm after the summer and occupancy drops sharply.
- Spring and October: good weather for strolling, walks and markets, with average highs of about 21-23 °C according to AEMET.
- Midweek: if your dates are flexible, compare the availability and rate of a midweek break with a weekend.
Casa Azahar offers
Casa Azahar regularly publishes offers on its website: deals for specific dates, one-off campaigns and long stays out of season. They change throughout the year, so it's best to check them before booking: current Casa Azahar offers.
Tips for spending less on your break
- Cook in the apartment: every studio has a kitchen. Shop at the market or the supermarket and save the restaurant for a special dinner.
- Get around on foot: from Las Fuentes you can walk to the beach, the marina and the shops. You'll save on petrol and parking.
- Make the most of the free things to do: Blue Flag beaches, walks, markets, local fiestas and trails. They're all in Alcossebre on a budget.
- Choose your studio wisely: if you're travelling in spring or September, a studio without air conditioning is usually enough.
- Book ahead if your dates are fixed, especially in summer.
What if a studio is too small?
If there are more than four of you or you'd like to compare with other types of accommodation (apartments with a pool, villas, an aparthotel), there's a comparison at which type of accommodation to choose in Alcossebre.
